What are the types of UAE investor visas?

Types of Investor Visa
There are currently three types of investor visas that can be applied in the UAE
3-Year Investor Visa
- AED 70,000 and above shares in the company
- AED 10,000 refundable deposit from authorities
- If shares are less than 70,000, a security deposit of AED 20,000 is required.
5-year Investor Visa
- Invest in property with a gross worth of AED 5 million or invest AED 500,000 in business projects
- Approval from an accredited business incubator is required for investments in business projects
- Real estate investment cannot be via mortgage or loan
- Real estate or business projects must be retained for a minimum period of 3 years
10-year Investor Visa
- Set up a company with a minimum capital of AED 10 million or become a partner in a business with a minimum share value of AED 10 million
- Maintain AED 10 million in investment funds within the country

To apply for a visit visa to UAE, you need to have the following documents ready:
