Banking, accounting and compliance, kept current

Bank account opening, bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax, employee registration and the filings that keep your license in good standing.

Overview

The work after the license

A trade license is the beginning of a filing calendar: VAT returns, corporate tax, payroll registration, renewals. We keep that calendar for you, and the consultant who set up the company is the one who answers when a bank or an authority has a question.

Banks and tax authorities read a company through its paperwork. Books kept monthly, returns filed on time and a bank file prepared the way a compliance team reads it are what make the difference between a company that runs and one that spends its second year catching up.

Who it is for

For companies that intend to stay compliant

  • Newly licensed companies opening their first UAE account
  • Founders who want the books kept by someone else
  • Companies registering for VAT or corporate tax
  • Employers registering staff and running payroll under WPS
  • Businesses that have fallen behind on their filings
  • Holding companies with a light but regular compliance load
What is included

The calendar, kept for you

  • Bank file preparation and account introductions
  • Monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
  • VAT registration and periodic returns
  • Corporate tax registration and annual return
  • Employee registration, labour contracts and WPS
  • Medical insurance arrangements for staff
  • License renewal and amendment filings
  • A compliance calendar with every deadline tracked

Accounting and tax work is quoted as a monthly fee stated in advance, with government charges shown separately, so there is nothing to reconcile at year end.

What we handle

Four services, one calendar

Each has its own authority, its own deadlines and its own paperwork. You deal with one consultant for all of them.

  • Bank account opening

Banks in the UAE look at the activity, the ownership, the source of funds and the expected flows before they open an account. We prepare the file the way their compliance teams read it and introduce you to banks that work with your structure. No provider can guarantee approval, and we will not claim otherwise.

  • Accounting and bookkeeping

Monthly books kept in order, reconciled against the bank, with VAT accounted for as you go. You see where the company stands each month rather than once a year, and the records are ready when an auditor, a bank or the tax authority asks for them.

  • Tax filing

VAT and corporate tax registration with the Federal Tax Authority, returns prepared and filed before the deadline, and the records kept in the form the authority expects to see. We tell you what applies to your company and when, and we do not let a filing date pass unnoticed.

  • Employee registration

Labour contracts, work permits, Wage Protection System registration and medical insurance for every person you hire, filed under your establishment card. Onboarding and offboarding handled in the right order so the company is never out of step with the labour authority.

Costs stated in full, filings made on time.

Process

From license to a running company

  1. Review

We read the license, the activity and the shareholding, then tell you which registrations apply and when each is due.

  2. Registrations

VAT, corporate tax, labour and WPS registrations filed in the right order, with the bank file prepared alongside.

  3. Monthly rhythm

Books kept, returns filed, deadlines met. You receive a short monthly summary rather than a shoebox at year end.

  4. Renewal and review

The license renews, the calendar resets and we review whether the structure still fits what the business has become.

Questions

Asked before every engagement

No, and no honest provider can. What we can do is prepare the file the way compliance teams read it, choose banks that work with your activity and structure, and stay in the process until it is resolved.
