Visas, Emirates ID and the paperwork that follows
Residence visas, Emirates ID, attestation and legal translation, handled by a PRO you can call.
A PRO who picks up
Every UAE company needs a public relations officer: the person who files at immigration, the labour office and the typing centre so you do not have to. Ours is assigned to your file from the first visa and stays on it through renewals.
We sequence the work so your time in the UAE is spent on the steps that need you in person and nothing else. Entry permits, medical bookings, biometrics appointments and stamping are tracked on one calendar, and you are told the next date before you have to ask for it.

Four lines of work, one PRO
Each is a separate file at the authority. To you it is one conversation.
Residence visas
Investor visas against your own license, employee visas for the people you hire and family sponsorship for a spouse, children and, where the requirements are met, parents. We prepare the file, obtain the entry permit and carry it through to stamping.
Emirates ID
The identity card every resident carries, issued after the medical test and biometrics. We type the application, book the appointment and collect the card, and we tell you when it is due for renewal before it expires.
Attestation
The chain of stamps that makes a foreign document valid in the UAE, ending with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Degree certificates, marriage certificates and birth certificates usually need it for visa and sponsorship files. We tell you which of your documents do, and we handle the chain.
Legal translation
Certified Arabic translation by a translator licensed by the Ministry of Justice, which is what the authorities accept. Contracts, certificates and court documents translated and stamped for use in your file.

A PRO you can call, not a ticket queue.
From entry permit to Emirates ID
Entry permit
We apply for the entry permit against your license or sponsor. If you are outside the UAE, you enter on it. If you are already inside, we change your status without you leaving.
Medical and biometrics
A medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics, both booked by your PRO and usually done on the same day.
Visa stamped, ID issued
The residence visa is stamped and your Emirates ID is issued. You receive the originals, and we record the dates.
Renewals tracked
Visas expire. We tell you before they do, and renewals, amendments and cancellations are handled on the same file by the same PRO.
Asked before every visa
Once the entry permit is issued, the medical, biometrics and stamping follow in sequence. Appointment availability and any external approvals set the pace, so we give you a realistic date once the file is in rather than a headline figure.
Put a PRO on your file
Tell us who needs a visa and where they are now. A consultant comes back with the sequence, the cost and the dates.
